The HPC (High Production Capacity) 235V is a two flavours vertical machine fitted with a freezing cylinder of 3.5 litres in capacity and 18 litre refrigerated hoppers with a minimum mixture level indicator. This machine boasts large production cylinders and hoppers therefore it is ideal for producing large quantities of delicious frozen yoghurt.
The interactive system with touch screen technology ensures full control of all parameters at every stage. On top of these two beater motors and two independent cooling circuits ensure constantly high production rates and maximum flexibility.
