The refrigerated base and pans hold +2 / +8 °C, with ventilated cooling and a digital thermostat.
Do they come with a sneeze guard?
Yes – the TYO counters have a glass sneeze guard, which adds around 30 cm to the counter height.
Can customers serve themselves?
Yes – the self-serve style counter is designed for self-service frozen yoghurt stores.
Is there storage underneath?
Each counter has a refrigerated base with two doors for backup stock.
