Choosing a display cabinet

Airflow

Ventilated or static

Ventilated cabinets circulate cold air for faster recovery and even temperature – best for busy stores. Static cabinets are quieter and simpler, suiting lower-volume scooping.

Glass

LX or ST

ISA’s LX versions have curved glass for a soft, panoramic look; ST versions have straight glass for a sharp, modern line.

Climate

Class 4 or 7

Climate class 7 cabinets are tested at 35 °C and 75% humidity – the safer choice for Australian summers and open shopfronts.

Refrigerant

Natural R290

Current ISA cabinets use R290, a natural refrigerant with a very low global warming potential.
